Shayna and Kathy are back from vacation and jumping back into the series on the 5 senses. On this episode they talk about scent. You get to hear Kathy geek out about one of her favorite topics. Learn about some of the ways scents impact our mental health, as well as how you can integrate scents into your routine, in a relatively unobtrusive way. Kathy will also go into some of the ways you can play around with unique scents to create something that resonates with you.
*** Note- when Kathy was talking about making a scent called "The Overlook", she referenced that she made it while watching the Stand. Obviously this is incorrect. She was watching The Shining. Please forgive her- she was being treated for pneumonia during the taping of this episode and all in all, she was impressed that she sounded coherent at all. LOL
