Mental Health Therapist
Angel is a pediatric mental health therapist who has been working with children and their families for over 25 years. She specializes in childhood trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, and autonomic regulation. Some of her favorite therapy techniques are using experiential play, making sensory bottles, and utilizing music and movement to help children learn to regulate. Angel was adopted at the age of three and has a passion for providing help and hope for children and families in the foster care system and post adoption. In her free time, she loves to read archaeological thrillers, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
