Shelby has a Bachelor's in creative writing from Florida State University and a Master's degree in library and information science from University of South Florida. She's currently working on her first (deeply queer) novel 200 words at a time. When she's not working or writing, she's probably reading queer fantasy and sci-fi novels or playing an absurdly long story-based video game, with a cat no less than three feet away at all times.
